Grumbling Fur~ On stage at 10:15pm
Borne from a day long improvisation in deep dark south London… A
smattering of Fins and Englishmen chatter, chant and chime as rail lines
whistle and hashclouds billow. Swamped cavernous modes unravel into
vistas of blissed kraut mantra and stilted metal drifts.

Clorinde~On stage at 9:15pm
Clorinde is an instrumental avant-folk project composed by multi
instrumentalist Andrea Salvatici, Simone Salvatici and David Harris.
Clorinde have been producing music based on a minimalist approach
towards repetition, melodies, rhythm and sounds, resulting in beautiful
fragile balance between tight cyclic structures and free form
improvisation.
Jack Shirt: On Stage at 8:15pm
‘Mr Shirt is
a skilled player, weaving rich harmonic arrangements, befuddling time
signatures and quirky atmospheres into his string of aural gems. His
music is extremely varied, ranging from strange folky numbers, more
progressive rockish outings, atmospheric space explorations and various
lurching pieces that evoke an almost carnivalesque quality.’ Heathen

Dear Friends,
As some of you are waiting for the new Clorinde album (you might have to wait a little longer than we expected as good things have to take time) and some of you might have forgotten about us completely… I decided that given the current times it would be appropriate doing a little Christmas promotion deal so you can have the opportunity to grab both our releases for £2.50 each!
Visit our shop and go for it! And don’t forget to leave comments and stuff we really appreciate your messages.
warm hugs,
Clorinde

Clorinde are looking for a multi instrumentalist musician that can gradually join the band initially to help performing and refining our live shows.
Ideally able to play a number of instruments (at least 2) like Keyboards, guitars, bass, drums/percussive instruments , any additional ones (like woodwinds! or cello! ) is a bonus. (Please note that we’re not looking for a session musician, we can’t offer money other than sharing whatever we get at gigs, we want someone driven by passion not money)
Clorinde’s live set at present is made of 3 multi instrumentalist musician featuring drums, electric organ, glockenspiels, mandolin, electric guitars, bass pelads, zithers, kalimbas.
We have produced 1 album, 1 EP, and 1 DVD, please visit
www.clorinde.org for additional info.
We like to describe ourselves as an instrumental avant-folk with an experimental edge, we admire and get inspired from a wide variety of composers and bands like the mighty Steve Reich and Philip Glass, Moondog, Tortoise, Ennio Morricone, Caribou, Eno, and many many more from post rock to ethnic….
We are looking for a musician who understands the direction of Clorinde with a creative approach and able to commit for rehearsal and gigs. If you think you want to be part of it please get in touch, we’d love to meet you! Or feel free to suggest it to people you know if you think could be interested.
